My water softener was dead and had been for awhile, unbeknownst to me, and had done minor damage to some fixtures. Jonathan was the certified plumber who took care of our needs and boy did he go above and beyond. I am definitely one of the "skeptical" customers and through experience have become a pretty good reader of people. Jonathan checked everything I look for in someone I want to give my money to. He was professional, knowledgeable, skilled, patient, helpful, understanding, and down to earth. The unit was expensive but worth every penny. I wanted to give it 24 hours before commenting on the workmanship of the product. I noticed a huge difference in the water. My laundry is soft again. I took a long, wonderful bath and my skin was like silk afterwards. He also talked us into getting a filtration system which I've never had before and I also notice a big difference there. I never thought I'd ever be able to drink from a faucet! I can go on and on, but I will end with this: If the other plumbers are like Jonathan, then you've got the best of the best in Crows Plumbing Service, LLC!!! Please note: I was not given any free products for this review. It is an honest one and I don't give out good ones very often!

I can not rave enough about Crows plumbing! Tory and Josh did such a great job. Tory showed up within an hour of us calling with an emergency water heater leak. After sitting on some plumbing issues for some time, there were several concerns.Tory patiently walked through the process with my 80 year old father. Due to his vision issues, it made reading the information difficult. Tory was so patient and went line by line, putting my dad at ease. That meant so much to me. Josh and Tory came in, got the job done right the first time and were just hilarious to be around. Made a very nerve wracking situation fun. I look forward to tackling the rest of the issues with them soon. Definitely recommend this company!!!

Crow's Plumbing Service to the rescue!!! These guys are amazing!! After an appointment to have a dish washer and oven installed was stopped due to valve issues I frantically called around to a few different area plumbing companies. Crow's Plumbing Service was able to come out the same day and fix every issue I had. The prices were very reasonable and they did a wonderful job. They even installed the new oven for us. Extremely nice and professional gentlemen. Will always use Jack and his son for any future issues/projects. Use CSP... they do not disappoint.

I highly recommend Crow's Plumbing if you need plumbing services. They were friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job on my projects. They reached out to me after a general service request I made on Home Advisor. They were great to deal with over the phone and accommodating when scheduling my jobs. The plumber who came out to work on our projects (Jonathan) was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was working on, how it works and recommended ways to prevent future issues from occurring. There were a variety of pricing options offered up front and he spent time helping me understand the differences in the levels. We have an older home and the expertise and advice was an added bonus to the already great service we received. Thank you again!

Of the few companies I had received quotes from, they were by far the most professional and thorough. Paul Donaldson was our plumber and he did a fantastic job! He was incredibly professional, informative, and completed our job efficiently. He warned us that because he had to take out a portion of our dry wall, it may not look completely the same when he puts it back, due to it being difficult to match the texture exactly. My husband and I couldn’t even tell where he took out the dry wall! It looks wonderful! Highly recommend!
